At CRM Jewelers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every luxury timepiece or fine jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original presentation box, including all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals, then pack it securely into a secondary shipping box.
- 3.Insured Shipping
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the high-value shipment is fully insured.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
